Grip will be the limiting factor, weight should allow good form (likely ~65% DL 1RM)

Carry 30’ (out 15’ and back)

Carry 60’ (out 30’ and back)

**Follow the leader:
First person finishes 60′ carry then holds plank while next person does Squats/Carry, etc.
