Yesterday I did “Cindy” again, which is one of the workouts I am trying to use as a fundemental check. The value is not just in the total amount of work in the 20 minutes, but the quality of each rep. Its easy to convince yourself that non perfect reps are passible, but why not make the effort for each one? Some won’t be as good as you may like, but the intent has to be there. Sure, I found myself coming a little short on some movements, but I worked to make the next ones better. All told 16 rounds done.
