Pushed five folks through one of the more brutal workouts known to man (or woman). One thing that became clear was that rowing is not an inherent motion. After the main WOD, we reviewed the movement, especially the importance of good posture. The rowing workshop with phil Johns really gave me a better understanding of the erg, and how to coach it. Also, only one of todays participants went to that workshop, and (no big suprise) did really well rowing.
