Ring Dips!
This is one excercise that I have had a hard time with, mainly due to shoulder flexibility issues. Well, I used to be a big bencher, and am still paying the price. Worked on just getting lower and lower in sets of 5 today. I’m going to be good at these one day, just wait and see…
