Lots of regulars couldn’t make it in tonight, so I got to work with a two new folks. One was a visitor from CrossFit Ann Arbor, so I knew I could push him. Pat did:
1000 M Row and 20 squats to warm up, then

3 rounds in19:20
30 Wallball Shots
20 Knees to elbows
10 KB swings

Steve did about half the volume, as his first CrossFit experience.

Today I worked on rowing form, especially the power starts. Spent a few minutes chatting with a collegiate rower who challenged me to a 500M race. His PR is about 1:28, mine 1:33. So its on soon. Better get the bucket…

Finished with 3 x 1000 M at 1:45, then tuck lever practice.

    Tom, thanks for the insightful comments about my blog. I like your point about it being the trainers responsibility.
    I’m planning on being at Sunday. If you need any tires let me know. I have a great one for pulling and a big one for hitting.
