This is one of the best workouts to use as a “checkup”. Three foundational bodyweight movements that equal a systemic response. The deal is, you HAVE to make every rep count. No cheating to boost the score, full ROM all the time.

Tom, I did “sindy”, yes “sindy” cause she is the sinfull! I got 14 rounds, Mr puckie was sneaking up on me but I pushed him down!
