Today was my last workout with the “Grassroots Grappling Club” for a few weeks as I will be traveling. I am really enjoying learning something where I have no prior experience, and putting the theory into practice.
After grappling I took a few folks out to the playground for a “Mini Running Cindy”
Two rounds of:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Jump Squats
Followed by 2 laps of the playground.
Repeated four total rounds.
