Take time to work on your weak links!!! Yesterday I sent an email to advise someone to stretch more. I need to listen to my own advice. My back was definitly feeling tight today, and I backed off the workout (Double Kettlebell Swing/Clean/Snatch combo). Frustrating to hold back, but better than a few days off with a sore back (an old injury). So, lots of stretching…
