Todays group workout:
Snatch Practice with PVC
3x Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats each (25, 45 0r 65 Lbs)
Then the conditioning work:
1 Kettlebell Swing, 15 DB Thrusters
2 Swings, 14 Thrusters
Etc, until
15 Swings, 1 Thruster
Finished off with some deadlift practice, including Jens 205 Lbs PR, and Maiko very nearly pulling 155. Great work everyone!
