Jumping Pullups

40/30/20/10 reps each for time.

Be warned, it started easy, but I got a strong lat cramp pretty quickly into it. Completed in around 7 minutes.

Tommorrow will be the CrossFit DC article in the Washington Post express. Hopefully that will get some new folks coming out.
