Hope that works!
My workout today was mixed “gymnastics’ practice. I worked at some tuck levers, L-Sit and rings. Definitly not my strong points, but all the more reason it is neccissary. I will never be a gymnast, but I sure do bvenefit from the training.
Tommorrow is Thanksgiving, and I am planning to turn my back on my midwest upbringing. Winnie wants to fast for the day, its also her birthday, so I am in. (Personally, on my birthday I am eating whatever I like). I plan on getting my workout in in the AM, and the rest of the day will be relaxed, so shouldn’t be a drain.
Finally, I really appreciate the comments people leave. At the same time, it gives me the opportunity to check out your blogs, and learn about everyone. If you want me to link your blog, just let me know.

Good luck with the fasting today. I’ve fasted in the passed and would like to do it again. It seems I can never find a day where its conducive for it. But I guess thats just an excuss.
Be safe! Have a good day!
Jen
Question (and I’m not trying to be ignorant): why are you fasting?
I have a blog I started, right now I’m just “journaling,” but hopefully as I get more engaged in CF its structure will become clearer. I was inspired to blog by you and Jen and this crazy, hard core chick who calls herself the Dirt Diva…apparently she’s an ultra runner. Anyways, feel free to read my blog. Hope you had a good holiday and see you Sunday!
I found my blog link: http://jumajuma.blogspot.com/
The green bean casserole is crying, but your arteries are cheering. That’s an ok trade-off.
I can’t make Tuesday evening classes because of work, so how open are the Sun am meetings to novices?
