The workout was:
20 minutes, as many rounds as possible, partnered up
One person starts with:
20 KB SDHP
10 KB Swings
other one begins with:
Bearcrawl 1/2 basketball court
10 hurdle (18 inch) jumps
Lunge 1/2 court
When both are done, switch places and keep moving.
As we had some people new to Kettlebells, we spent the rest of the time fine tuning the swing, one arm swing, and one arm high pull.
