Just finished a modified PAINSTORM XX. For those of you not aware, the painstorm is a creation of Jeff martin of Brand X, and some British folks. Each month one guy gets a turn to try to make the worst workout you could possibly do. It scares normal CrossFitters.
I did 5 stations each twice, 10 minutes straight work, followed by 3 minutes rest.
Rotation A
1 – decline Pushups 18/13
2 – jumping m/up 8/8
3 – squats 36/40
4 – sit ups 18/19
5 – pull ups 17/13
Rotation B
1 – kbell swing 35/20
2 – kbell left arm snatch 19/17
3 – kbell tactical lunge 16/16
4 – kbell right arm snatch 20/24
5 – kbell goblet squat 16/10
Rotation C
1 – push press 25/10
2 – sdhp 18/7
3 – split jerk 10/12
4 – power clean 6/6
5 – thruster 8/7
rotation C absolutely wrecked me. Totally worthless by 5 minutes in.
Rotation D
1 – burpees 10/6
2 – 30 Lb ball C+J 8/8
3 – pull up 8/8
4 – sit ups 20/18
5 – push ups 18/26
Loading is 90 lb barbell, and 16kg kbell.
Ready for bed at 7;15 PM

Wow that looks insane…
Hey Tom, I won’t be able to make it out to CF today! Gotta rest my knees since I kinda sorta injured them O_o Should be there next Sunday though!
I have a few questions. Is each rotation 10 Min’s? Are you just maxing out on each excises?
Max reps FGB stylr (this was referred to as Fight gone crazy). Supposed to be 5 minutes the 1 rest, for some reason I did each rotation 10 minutes straight.
I think your nuts! How was Sunday’s class? I’ll be back next week. My back was really sore from over doing it so it was a forced rest day.
