Well, now Jen is posting about fasting as well. I hope more people try it, so we can get more results (it will take a while before I become an advocate or an opponent, but our lifestyls have made it more than OK to give it a shot). It makes me think, has all the post workout recovery info weve been force fed (bad pun, even for me) just the supplement companies ruse to get our money for chap carbs? Well, probably, and I learned a while ago that whole real food was key anyways.

Hopefully soon I will have some quantatative results. Improved performance is the goal, and its not that hard to ramp up the intensity. So, we shall see…
