Happy Holidays. I have been slack in posting, but will commit to posting everyday. I have enjoyed seeing the comments people left for there fitness goals. Lets keep it going- we are not the type that need resolutions, but lets see what we can accomplish.
Last nights group workout:
Goblet squat 6 rounds
Pushups 6 rounds
One arm snatch 4 rounds each side
Renegade rows 4 rounds each side
Thrusters 6 rounds
Situps 6 rounds
Burpees 6 rounds
