One last workout for 2006, and this one was rough. 6 rounds of 6 exercises done “Fight Gone Bad” style. Although the pace is not the same, I like working in some

“big” low rep movements such as the deadlift and get up. Limits the score, but the ability to do a strict deadlift under extreme duress is hugely beneficial.
Happy New Year!

Dang that was a good one, Tom.

The soreness is starting to set in.

    Happy new year to all!

Happy New Year my friend. Keep up the hard work, and send me an APO. Broke 500 yet?

That was one kick-ass (or kick-my-ass) workout! Nevertheless, I loved it even though I was so tired and sore that I couldn’t even *think* about partying on New Year’s Eve night (and the rain didn’t help me to get into a partying mood).

Tom: Thanks for the push during the workout.

Happy (CrossFit) New Year to all! We don’t need no stankin’ resolutions! 🙂
