My first workout of the new year!

Row 2000 Meters- 7:49 (realized the damper was on 10 after I started)

Power snatch 3-2-2-1-1-1 up to 115 working on accelerating the bar.

Clean and jerk 3-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 with 5 singles at 205 lbs

    Good work.

    I did a one minute on one minute off long cycle clean and jerk workout for 5 rounds yesterday with 55 lb. db’s, after power cleans and front squats. My shoulders are upset today.
