It feels good to get back into squats again. I will focus on back, front, and overhead squats this month. Should have a positive effect on Olympic lifts, and well,everything.
Combining a “strength” workout with the Intermittent Fasting is still uncharted territory for me, but I avoided the energy crash that usually followed training then eating. Someone was telling me how hard it was, but they were forcing down 50 Grams of protein every 3 hours. I just couldn’t respond.
