Rowing Cindy
A combination of timed rows and intervals of “Cindy”, the CrossFit standard consisting of max rounds of 5 Pullups/10 Pushups/15 Squats. The workout was:
6 minutes rowing
6 minutes Cindy
5 minutes rowing
5 minutes Cindy
4 minutes rowing
4 minutes Cindy
1 minute rest intervals between each set
