4 sets of 6 minute intervals, for max rounds of:
10 Dumbell Thrusters
Rest intervals of 75, 90 and 120 seconds.
Olympic lifting technique with PVC for 20 minutes as skill/warm up, plank holds and flexibility at the end.
That workout reminds me of your descending Thruster/ascending KB Swing/15 Situps each round we did one Tueday evening:
1 KB Swing
2 KB Swings
all the way until:
10 KB Swings
That took me almost 20 mins with a 32Kg KB and 40lb DB’s. Your affinity for workouts combining Thrusters and Swings speaks volumes about your sadistic tendencies.

sad part was my burpees started to look like a wet noddle falling on the ground toward the end.
8 days on the beach eating and drinking didn’t help.
