4 of my AU Rugby alum came by for a extra training session tonight. To make things competitive,I partnered them up, and made it a “triathalon” of events.

First up, a race of 40/30/20/10 reps of jumping pullups and pushups.
Won by Ari and Dave, in 6:01

Second event was an L-Sit competition. One from each team, going head to head, first one to touch heels to the ground loses, other team gets a point. Played to 5, Ari and Dave win 5-3.

Now, so that Chris and Andres didn’t lose hope, I let on that if they won the final event, they could call for a challenge.

Event 3 was the 6 minute drill I posted on 1/13. Alternating minutes of wall ball and burpees. Ari and Dave won again, and Dave decreed that they would take the challenge anyways, just to see Andres suffer.

Final Challenge:
Meters rowed in 1 minute.
