i have gotten behind on blogging again, but spending time working with my new Mac. Hopefully I should have a new websit together soon.
Yesterday the group workout was a variation of the “Filthy Fifty”
50 reps each of:
burpees
jumping pullups
thrusters
St. leg deadlifts
situps
pushups
lunges
swings
box jumps
push press

ok, I missed the class due to a late night on Saturday. Khun Tom was nice enough to allow me to suffer through the workout at Cityfitness later on. Posted a time of 32:36. Would like to beat 30 min. next time. Will try again in two weeks.
