Yesterdays group workout:
14 participants under the watchful eyes of Russ and myself. 3×8 minute intervals of max rounds of:

5 Dumbell Squat Cleans
4 Alternating Renegade Rows
3 Push Jerks
2 Single DB snatches each side
1 Single DB OHS each side

Chris got the highest score of 17 rounds in the 24 total minutes of work.

My workout today was a descending/ascending ladder of Kettlebell Clean and Jerks and Pullups.

10 double 24 KG KB Cleann and Jerks
1 Pullup
9 KB C+J
2 Pullups
etc, until
1 KB C+J
10 pullups
