Damn, that one hurt. I feel like someone wacked me in the ass and hamstrings with a shovel!
my quads were sore..they are ok today. we will see how i am with my workout. my shoulders are tiiiight now though….all the snatches and thrusters…i couldnt even scratch my back today..my boss had to do it!
Holy four yards and a cloud of dust…
Been really busy with school the last few weeks–every Sunday I feel bad about missing the workout, every Monday I feel relieved!

P.S. website looks great.
What a Superbowl show!
The second half was a display of perseverance…brutal and nasty…strong work you guys!
I had a hell of a good time. I had the shakes really bad after it was all over.
The planks were easily the worst part, though it was fun to hear max sing in pain.
The website looks pretty slick. The only thing that seems to be missing is a gallery of some sort.
great class! but i felt bad for my friend Tom. it was his 1st time! he could hardly walk the next coupla days! rude awakening! he loved it tho and will be back. thanks to Jerry for the time he took to help teach him some proper techniques. i thought i was pretty tough before i started xfit. good reality check! see ya next time, fellow psychos!
