Kettlebell snatch progression:
Swing
one arm swing
swing high pull
swing down from snatch lockout position
Put it all together
Followed by overhead squat work w/ PVC, then weight.
Finished with a tabata circuit of jump squats, pushups, lunges and mountain climbers.

normally, I prefer the real metabolic boosting workouts and barroom brawls but after Sunday’s Goliath of a workout, I needed a rest and it was good to work on form. Sunday was the most I have hurt since I quit drinking after beating Jim McCormick.
