Another great turnout tonight at CrossFit DC. Again we wanted to focus on specific techniques. We planned on working the Dumbell Clean and Jerk. After a walkthrough, the class did 10 rounds of one minute work/one minute rest. Awesome effort from all, with a few standout performances. Libby came in with the highest score, 112 reps, done with 20 Lb DBs.

    I thought it was 112… Either way, I certainly need to use heavier dumbbells next time!
