If you are at all serious about your fitness,you NEED to be a subscriber to the CrossFit journal. No questions, just get it. Read and learn, reread, then read more. As much free info as provides, if you don’t support the community, you really need to check yourself.

    Maiko, I browse the web a lot, and am catching up on a lot of books. I am in the middle of Dreschlers encyclopedia of weightlifting, a sports injury book, and few others. I will put up a list of good resources soon. thanks for the idea!
