Another good turnout tonight. We worked on overhead squat technique, then max reps in one set. Guys used 65 lbs, women used 35 or 18 lb bar.
Conditioning done with 2 minutes on 1 minute off Renegade manmakers for 7 rounds. 20-40 Lb DBs used.
That was a good second half workout! The form is starting to come together although it still does suffer in the later rounds. I have noticed that my recovery is what has improved the most. That said, I had to take a 5 second break mid round each set. I difference is that I can be completely gassed out but recover in 5 seconds. The workouts are working.
