As you can see, I have been irresponsible in my blogging. Although this blog is not linked to www.crossfit.com, I think it is important to keep updating it. Why? because so many of the class participants keep asking for it. So, you want to see your name up here, you got it.
Last nights group workout was a version of the “Tabata Fight Gone Bad” posted as the WOD on Monday. A few people thought they had escaped this near suicidal workout, but to no avail. As we had seven lucky participants, I increased it to seven stations, each performed for eight 20 second rounds, with 10 seconds rest. Each exercise was scored by lowest number of reps in any interval. To ‘prorate” this for a comparable scale to the 5 station version, total score dropped the two lowest scored exercises out of seven.
