4 rounds for max circuits in 6 minutes of:
5 Squat Cleans
4 Renegade Rows
3 Push Presses
2 Overhead Squats
1 Burpee

15 people, sweat and dumbells all over the place, we might have scared some folks.

    That was painful. Trying to use a heavier weight and worry about form and not about reps…form went out the window the last set. I was beyond tired.
