Mikes back!
Steve is a beast! Nice Job!

Tuba Steve with his Power and Strange ways of doing things. Tuba Steve comes to class ready to go crazy every week. It’s awesome and helps to get the class jumping!

Lean mean Fred!

Strong showing from the class today. Tons of PRs, and a lot of effort. Its great to see people whose main focus isn’t max effort still put up some strong numbers. In fact, many of our participants were new to the back squat. With people who came into CrossFit with a serious strength background, the Squat is a given. However, we have some people who never lifted before CrossFit. We do Overhead Squats, Cleans, DB variations, so they can adapt very quickly. I think it will be interesting to see the progress we make working the CFT more. Pretty Picture, geesh. You should see my school pictues there not much better!

Jen – if you think your picture’s scary, how do you think I felt taking it. Gave me bad dreams last night.

whoa– nice pic jen — a face only a mother could love.
this class made me realize how much i love to go heavy. i havent trained that way in years and i think i will now incorporate it into my routine. i think some good goals would be: bodyweight prees and 1000 total score.
my whole back half is nice n sore today…did the xorcist stairs after class too.

Kudos to *everyone* who participated; you guys and gals kept me motivated to do my best. 🙂

Although I’m used to lifting heavy in my routine, I’m still sore from the CFT experience. 🙂
