You think you can Jump Rope??!!
If you have a jump rope that you like bring it to class this sunday!
If anyone would like to come in at 9:30am and work on Hang power cleans Sunday before class I will be there!
Also, I still have T-shirts in Large and X-large for $15’s. Would anyone be interested in getting hooded CFDC sweat shirts? If so we can take an order and get some for fall. Let me know if your interested. That would be an item we would need you to pay upfront for.
Look for another Field day coming this fall.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW YEAH!! It’s Ross!!! ^o^ I got a jump rope just because of his first jump rope training video. I suck at it though…mainly b/c I busted my knees shortly after obtaining my rope…Now I’m super curious about what you have planned for Sunday!
As far as hoodies…I love hoodies! I’d definitely buy one if you guys ordered some. Now if you could only get some tank tops like my CF San Diego tank top then I would be one happy son of a bitch, lol.
