After the P- Menu seminar, I have been thinking a lot about how to work my O-lifts in progressively. I have enough things to work on to keep me busy, and really want to integrate that into the overall framework. So a bit of specialization within a broader framework of overall fitness. More about how I plan to do that later.
Here is Udomporn Ponlak, Thailand’s Gold medal winner in the 53kg. class at the Athens Olympics. She totaled 222.5 kg, more than 4 times her bodyweight. Can that be done as part of a generalized routine? Absolutely not. Can I work on getting my elbows up like that? Sure!

I am guessing that is coming at us tonight?
She’s a nice Isaan girl.
Too bad it didn’t count as a Olympic record…
