Thanks Chris. I’d like to give thanks to Tom, Jen, Russ, and Jerry for all of the coaching. I know so much more now about…hmmm, *everything* exercise-related than I did a year ago. 🙂 But this “journey” is a marathon and not a sprint…I have so much more to learn (as well as to do).
Thank you to all at CrossFit DC who have pushed me, prodded me, and corrected me on my form (please keep doing it). There are too many names to mention in this space; but let’s just say that if your eyes are reading these comments, then I thank *you*. 😉
