NEW CLASS STARTING THIS WEEK.

THURSDAYS 6:30 PM @ BALANCE.

Due to the facilities schedule, we can’t keep the same time as Tuesdays, but the earlier start may fit some schedules better. I hope to see a nice turnout!

With an added class, I plan to work in more “skill” work, as well as heavy sessions, while still keeping the meta-con junkies lungs burning.

Also, as everyones skill develops, we are finding some people really benefit from a few one on one sessions. Jen and Russ both are excellent creative trainers with an eye for detail, so don’t be shy to ask and set up a session.

    If anyone is looking to add in another lung burner during the week, I am usually doing a few conditioning session during the week. They usually take on the form or one of the following: exorcist stair workout (with some combo of push ups/pull-ups), hill sprints, or turf/track workout at Georgetown (with plenty of bear crawls/burpees/jumping pullups/plank holds added in). Just let me know if you ever want to join in.
