7 one arm KB swings each arm
10 sandbag crescent swings
A few people were kind enough to bring to my attention the fact that sandbag work can be less than pleasant. I couldn’t tell if Chris was really getting into the workout, or just trying to split the bag open so he wouldn’t ever see it again. Nice to see some aggression in the workout!
Oh, a note about scaling- with assorted weights used, and a few beginners getting less reps, almost all scores were identical, and everyone seemed to be equally exhausted.

That one was f@%#ing fun! The sandbag became eaiser as my shoulders tired and I was forced to use my legs. I will be hurting tomorrow.

We heard you the first time!
Awesome program last night. Found the same to be true with the sandbag – got lighter as the rounds progressed. Unfortunately, the KB swings and thrusters got heavier. An all out gasser of a workout. I’m curious to see what’s sore tomorrow….
