The Furious 500
Chaos style

Like the Filthy Fifty, this workout is 50 reps of ten exercises, done for time.
In this workout however, there is no order or organization, just a set amount of work to be done. Whatever strategy you want is OK, just put in the work.

I was very happy to see two things. One, a bunch of the guys really challenged themselves with the weight used. more importantly, everyone kept good form. Even if the workout takes longer, it is important to DO IT RIGHT!

    16 people with times and no comments? Well, I’ll break the ice. Holy shit that was a lot of work! Paul – if you read this – thanks for the extra push at the end. Pretty powerful stuff with all those bodies moving all that stuff for all that time in the same room.

    I especially like the effect created my multiple sandbags being dumped, the fine gritty mist hanging in the humid air.

    Freds right, a huge work load. the energy of 19 people working that hard is amazing.
