Elements Class this Sunday at 9am. Take both classes for twenty dollars or one class for fifteen.It’s a great opportunity to work on form.

What’s that on the bar? By color it would look to be 145kg (assuming 15kg bar).
good stuff last night. I enjoyed working on form in the first half. Keeping form during my power lifts is a challenge for me.
