While I have slacked off in updating the workout here, the class has been knocking them out with focus and intensity. Our new pre-class routine is for everyone to knock off at least 30 pullups (45 jumping). Without a multi person pullup bar to encorporate into the WOD, it is essential that we make this a part of every class.
Tuesdays workout:
30 pullups
3 rounds of 15 air squats and 15 superman holds
Then partnered up we did:
5 rounds
30 Alt hand KB swings
20 pushups
20 Thrusters (empty bar)
20 Ab Mat situps

Good work by everyone. Karen and Adam set the tone by finishing first, then jumping into an extra round to keep everyone else company. Josh dropped in as a visitor from CF San Fran, hopefully we showed him a good time.
