We began with the class split in two groups. One did:

10 minute Kettlebell Snatch test (hand switches as needed)
After a 5 minute break, groups switched. It was easy to see that the group that did Cindy first was hurting for the kettlebell snatches, while the group that started with the snatches were less effected in the bodyweight exercises.
As a grand finally, we went outside for a sprint/ lunge / sprint finisher.
