Crossfit DC’s Elements class is on for this Sunday at 9am. From 9am to 9:30 will be bodyweight mad skills. Then the second half from 9:30 to 10am will be kettlebell skills. Skills I hope to work on will be the swing, kettlebell clean and high pull. As a kettelbell enthusiast I have learned that the Highpull is a great progression to the KB snatch. Even if your not new to Crossfit It will be a great class to improve your form.
