Elements class went well today. We worked on some Bodyweight movements for 1/2 the class and then moved on to the Kettlebell swing, Sumo deadlift High pull and back to the swing.
The squat is the base of so many of Crossfits movements that we spend time on it every week.
The madness of the 10am class!
3 rounds of:
5 single arm DB split snatch each side
5 single arm DB overhead squat each side
10 DB clean and jerk (full squat, both DBs)
3 person relay race, 4 rounds through:
4 sandbag shoulders, then carry
20 pushups
20 sprawls
