Oh How we love the Turkish Get Up(TGU)!
It can make you strong and it can prove how strong you are. Over the last year I have become obsessed with the TGU. It’s a full body strength and conditioning movement. Yes, conditioning! Go ahead and do five sets of five and see how hard your breathing! This week Tom brought the TGU to the CFDC floor. It’s always amazing to see how hard it can be for people to keep that arm overhead and not let your eyes off the KB or DB.
