We started today’s workout with some OHS work.

Friends don’t let friends catch barbells!

-Today’s WOD at CFDC-

Alex used sandbags for the workout.

It was the longest workout in the history of CFDC…Twenty hours and counting!

    Hmmm…What’s a PVC hop?

    PVC on the floor next to you at your side. Hop sideways over, then back. After 10 sideways, turn facing the PVC and do 10 hops forward and back. The idea is to mix up some agility with the heart rate maxed and the legs burning. Mission accomplished!

    You’d look mighty funny in there if by that time you still need sandbags to get down into that squat position…
