Warm-up:

1. Max Pull-ups Challenge!!!
2. 50 burpees for time followed by 100 squats for time

Complete the 50 burpees for time and then go straight into the 100 squats for total time completed.

The pull-up champ was Karen with 36 kipping pull-ups but Paul and Mike were close behind with 33 and 32 reps respectively. Maiko hit a PR of 18!

Workout:

In teams of 2 to 3, complete 5 rounds of the following circuit:

7 Thrusters
14 kb swings
21 sit-ups

Each team was assigned a specific bar and kettlebell to work with. The first team to finish the workout was Steve O. and Mark!
