Another large class and another nice day out. You know we had to take things outside!
Warm-up:
20 push-ups
20 sit-ups
20 squats
Workout:
Each round as fast as possible, then rest the time t rest. New rounds began every 5:30.
A-TEAM!
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

15 push-ups
20 sit-ups
25 squats
We did this for a total of 4 rounds. The effect of sprinting through the sets then resting a la “Barbara” is much more powerful than pacing out the same volume over the same total time.
RESULTS!!
From there we did some extra interval work.

KB Swings
DB Snatches
You hit the swings for the first 30 seconds and then rest for 30 before moving on to the snatches. We did this for 10 minutes or 5x through. No score was kept but that didn’t slow anyone down.
