Started a little early today to work on squat technique, but unlike before we also incorporated some pressing with the PVC. You know where this is going…

Workout: 6 rounds of…

4 Sprints on the Court
8 Thrusters
8 Burpees

Tom and Chicken tackled the heaviest weight, 95lbs, and yet they were the first to finish the workout!

Chicken finished first, setting the baseline for other scores.

Skill Work: The Deadlift

From there we worked on the deadlift. After some practice we had a little contest to see who could get most reps deadlifting approximately their bodyweight. Ami beat them all with 21 reps (the others got 20 reps)!
