A fair amount of people opted to skip happy hour and actually workout. Some people were even crazy enough to do FGB, but that’s another story.

Warm-up:

30 squats
15 push-ups
15 sit-ups
Samson Stretch

20 squats
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 Scorpions

10 squats
5 push-ups
5 sit-ups

Workout:

In groups of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following:

10 DB Snatches per side
20 box jumps

Only two exercises, but, like magic, you hit pretty much everything in the body. With the relatively low reps for the snatches some brave souls opted to go heavier on those.

RESULTS!!

Looks like all the ladies in class were on a roll! All completed 7 full rounds! Surprisingly there were no fatalities with the box jumps. Some people did trip, but there was nothing nearly as memorable as this one courtesy of the Red Viking:

Skill Work:

For the last part of class we had everyone work on their ring dips, L-sits, and pull-ups.

Fearless Leader Tom demos the ring dip. Keep those rings close to the body!

Everyone spent four minutes at each station. And that was it for the class, just in time for Justin and Henry to start FGB.
