Tom will be away in California this week BUT classes will still go on as scheduled.

7 Clean & Jerks
7 Burpees
7 Pull-ups

Weight Classes for the Clean & Jerks

Men:

  • A = 135 lbs
  • B = 95 lbs
  • C = 75 lbs

Women:

  • A = 75 lbs
  • B = 65 lbs
  • C = 45 lbs

The Catch:

Because everyone wasn’t tired enough, there was a catch. When the first two people finished 8 rounds, they were done. BUT…the rest of the class had to do an additional round (9 rounds total). It doesn’t stop there either. When the next three people finished 9 rounds, the rest of the class had to finish 10 rounds!! Talk about punishment…

    enjoyed that one. the clean and jerks are an exercise I need to add into my off days. I think they will help with my burst and jump in sprinting.

    Saw Tuba Steve at the gtown stairs lugging a kettle bell up the stairs and then cranking out 100 pull ups. Great stuff.
