Crossfit Dc’s Elements class takes place on Sunday mornings at 9am. If you’re new to Crossfit or new to the DC area this is the class for you! It will get you off to a great start with Crossfit!
Last week we worked on the Sumo Deadlift High Pull, this week we will continue to work this movement and become more efficient with it. As always we will start the class by working on our air squats!

Over the last few months we have had a few people who have been very consistent in coming to Elements. Eric is one of them. The improvement we have seen is awesome. Now Eric has a nice looking squat, his torso is more upright and he is getting better depth. Nice job Eric, the hard work is paying off.
